Privacy Policy

In connection with the information obligation arising from Article 13 or 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR", we inform you that:

1. The controller of your personal data is Know-How Piotr Kaczmarczyk, Podchruście 17, 32-085 Modlnica, Poland.
2. Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of:
   • fulfilling your orders and performing concluded agreements,
   • taking steps prior to concluding an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) in order to make relevant arrangements, including any payment verification for granting trade credit,
   • fulfilling legal obligations, including those arising from accounting regulations and tax obligations,
   • handling complaints;
   • legitimate contact – in order to provide relevant information and answer questions asked;
   • the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the purpose of establishing, protecting and pursuing claims;
   • exercising your rights under the GDPR, including access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to object to its processing.
3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but with regard to data processed on the basis of a legal obligation and for the purpose of performing an agreement, it is necessary for concluding and performing the agreement, and therefore refusal to provide the data may result in a refusal to conclude and perform the agreement/order.
4. Your personal data will be disclosed only to entities authorized to obtain it or to entities participating in the performance of orders/agreements, in particular courier and transport companies.
5. For the purpose of maintaining the business relationship, your personal data will be stored indefinitely.
6. Your data will not be used to send marketing offers without your consent.
7. You have the right to request access to your data from the Controller, as well as the right to rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to its processing.
8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the law.
