We are constantly following new solutions that improve the quality of our services. That's why we regularly renew our machine fleet. Today, our machines are:
 

• five-colour KBA RAPIDA 75-5+L ALV3 Hy/UV (with coating unit)

A press adapted for printing with conventional and UV inks in the HR-UV system, with a hybrid coating unit for water-based (dispersion) and UV varnishes.

In UV printing, the press enables the use of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly HR-UV technology. A triple extended delivery section with a hybrid coating unit allows finishing with both dispersion and UV varnishes. The new installation opens up the possibility of printing on a wider range of material weights than before – up to a substrate thickness of 0.8 mm. UV inks make it possible to print on non-absorbent and difficult substrates such as PP, PVC, PET or IML films, as well as metallised substrates. They also offer high resistance to chemicals and mechanical damage. Instant polymerisation and curing of the ink during printing allows sheets to be further processed immediately after printing, even with heavy ink coverage, significantly reducing order turnaround time and improving quality. The use of in-line UV coating opens up new possibilities for excellent finishing of sheets with effect varnishes (drip-off, twin with matte/gloss effect, orange peel, etc.) and selective UV coating. The implementation of the QualiTronic Color Control system, which equips the press with a camera that measures ink density during printing and controls it in real time, raises quality control to the highest level.

All the machines are technologically advanced (automatic scanning densitometers, infrared drying, ink roller temperature control, etc.) and fully automated (plate changing, CIP4 interface, etc.).
