We hereby inform to implement a new offset press - KBA Rapida 75-5+L ALV3 Hy/UV. Our new press is dedicated to printing with UV as well as convensional inks. During UV printing process gives an opportunity to use a new, energy saving and envirementalfriendly technology HR-UV. Tripple long paper drying module with hybrid varnish segment allows to use either dispersion varnish or UV coating version. Our new investment gives an opportunity to print on much wider scale of materials up to the thickness of maximum 0,8 mm. UV inks allow to print on tough absorbent surfaces like: PP, PVC, PETE or IML foils as well as metalised and arificial ones. Additionally have high chemical and physical resistance. Immediate polymerisation and ink hardening during printing gives an opportunity to fold, cut and bind sheets just after process of printing, even when there is a high ink coverage - allowing us to shorten terms of production and raise the quality of products. Implementing UV coating in-line shows new possibilities of varnishing sheets using effect varnishing (drip-off type, dispersion twin with mat/gloss effect and orange skin effect etc.). Implementation in the new press the QualiTronic Color Control System using digital camera measuring ink coverage and controlling it inline raise the quality control to the highest possible level.
